To order it's simple, complete the form below then you will receive:

• A confirmation email for receipt of your order.
• A link allowing you to make the payment or the bank details or shipping details for payment by check depending on your method of payment.
• After receipt and validation of payment, your access to the platform will be created within 24 hours and you will be able to enjoy your platform!
• The package will be sent to you after the withdrawal period of 15 days from the date of order.

After this period no cancellation can be taken into account.

PLEASE NOTE: For all orders, proof of identity is required.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

or by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:

In both cases indicate; your full contact details:

surname, first name, postal address, date of order and title of your order

As soon as the cancellation is taken into account, your access to the platform will be cut off.

The refund can be made if the cancellation occurs during the legal withdrawal period, beyond which no refund can be made. And your access to the platform will remain accessible until the date of the event indicated during your order.
